Our client at Zion needed a dynamic space for their business, providing spaces that include consultation and photo taking
Therapy rooms were included for their therapists
Treatment rooms were provided for medical procedures which a doctor was required to carry out
A powder room was also provided for post treatment touch up before the client recesses to a calm waiting area before being discharged
Speakers were provided in therapy rooms and waiting areas for the added relaxation
Finally, a cozy office and pantry was provided for staff welfare
Through understanding the needs of the client, were we then able to dedicate spaces for the business itself to enhance its performance
Our client at Food Concepts needed to redo their space to welcome the F1 party which they hold annually.
The main area needed to house more customers, so we created a inclusive terrace experience for them
As it is an Alfresco area, we needed to take care of the elements by providing substantial shelter from rain and sunshine
The entire floor was lit by mood lights and therefore we needed to make the MAIN BAR stand out by provide a large and lit surface of the bar
To get a more efficient sound range, we adjusted the speakers to cover all “blind spots” to increase the reach of the experience
Finally, an elevated DJ booth was created to shelter equipment from the elements and to create a focal point where patrons can cozy up to
We work with you from the needs and the customer experience you will be providing to create the ideal design concept. Excellent service. I engaged Their interior painting service for my makeup studio. Garrick is very courteous and conscientious in his work. Good quality work done efficiently and at a fair price.
He also managed to use silicon to fill the gaps of between the skirting and the wall to make it looking smooth & sleek (pictures attached), which again I didn't request it and I wasn't expecting such a high standard in his work. I really appreciate his professional attitude that he made the job perfectly done.

I contacted Contract Builders end of June21. Garrick promptly responded and painstakingly went through my designs to ensure it was functional and aesthetically pleasing. That took about 2 months.
